IDEAS2IMAGE designed a trifold brochure for Stonebridge Title to use as a promotional tool for their growing company.
Project Synopsis
Stonebridge title delivers an exceedingly high level of customer service in the competitive housing settlement market. The firm wanted to highlight its mobile settlement service, expertise, and close ties with it clients. IDEAS2IMAGE was asked to create a brochure that could be used a “leave-behind” and during client engagements.
IDEAS2IMAGE created a brochure for Stonebridge title that used current brand elements, yet presented a marked departure from previous collateral designs. Drawing on our photo library, we found images that best represented the firm’s market. The brochure that we created was designed to support a recent logo redesign undertaken by Stonebridge.

When it comes to promotional tools, few mediums are more established than print. Our designers have strong backgrounds in print, are well versed in the rigors of printed production. When IDEAS2IMAGE begins work on a print project, we learn about the ways that the final piece will be used. We work with our clients to select the appropriate printing process, based on their objectives.
We create designs that are both elegant and effective. By correctly applying the fundamentals of design, we make the most of every printed page, without necessarily filling every inch. Because printed materials are experienced visually and tactilely, we select papers that will convey your brand qualities through the look and feel of the sheet.
IDEAS2IMAGE maintains relationships with print vendors. We worry about the details of the printing process, so our clients can focus on their business. We evaluate printed proofs, examine “blue lines,” and hold our vendors to the same high standards that we hold ourselves. Of course, if a client would like to be part of the proofing process, we will arrange for reviews at each stage.
